Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Cetinale Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or other factors beyond our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Villa Cetinale offers a 30-day returns policy from the date of purchase, with items eligible for return if unused and in original condition.

Returns should be sent to Villa Cetinale, Strada di Cetinale 9, 53018 Sovicille (SI), Italy, using a trackable shipping option. Refunds are processed after inspection, and exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If the item was a gift, store credit will be issued. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility.
